Who we are

Kollis CAD Ltd began life in 2007. However, its combined experience stretches over thirty years, commencing with the drawing boards then 2D CAD, 3D CAD and now BIM.

At Kollis CAD, we can provide the technical support to your project. Be that 2d or 3d CAD services within a BIM collaboration environment, such as PAS 1192 or ISO 19650. Additionally, we continue to support traditional project environments; separated, yet still communicating.

We have experience of undertaking projects both within common data environments (CDE) and also outside, using collaboration tools such as V4P, Sharepoint and others.

We have the capability and experience to support projects from RIBA Stage 3 to 5, NEC and a BIM Level 2 framework.

KollisCad is a fully independent, VAT registered limited business operating from independant offices. We use the Dell and Lenovo range of PCs based on Intel Xeon or Core i7 architecture. We are a registered, Autodesk™ licenced business with the company’s core applications being Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks and Revit. We therefore believe that we can support your projects by being flexible to your needs and minimising your project overheads.

BIM - A few observations

Whilst BIM facilitates the production of architectural, Structural, M&E and civils models in 3d, it also provides a platform for the flow of digital data relating to the project, how it is managed and communicated between the various design teams, contractors and client team members.
